Peer Practice Lab provides self-directed educational materials for peer workers and supervisors. Our products are delivered online via FreshLearn and are intended for professional development and general information. They are not a substitute for clinical training or professional advice.

2. Eligibility and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. You agree to use our materials ethically and for your own learning. You may not re-sell or publicly distribute course materials without our written permission.

3. Payments

Course fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge the course fee.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@peerpracticelab.com within 30 days of purchase with proof of enrolment. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund or replacement if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees.

All content on this site and within the course—including text, audio, video, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Peer Practice Lab unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or share course materials beyond your personal use without permission.
