1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you decide the course isn’t right for you, email us at hello@peerpracticelab.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your enrolment details (order number or email used at checkout). We will refund the full course fee to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or other remedy if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees (for example, if the course materials are not delivered as advertised).
3. Processing refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will send you an acknowledgment email within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation. Processing times for funds to appear in your account depend on your payment provider.
